Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting children and young people with SEMH and complex needs?

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a Psychology Graduate to work in a specialist SEMH school in Leigh, supporting pupils across primary and secondary age ranges. This role is ideal for those pursuing careers in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, or Child Development.

The Role

Support pupils with SEMH, behavioural, and communication needs

Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions

Work alongside the SENCO, teachers, and therapists

Promote emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviour

Observe, record, and support pupil progress
