As a primary teacher applying for this position, you will:

Be at least an M3 teacher (ECT's not suitable for this role)
Have previous experience as a year 3 teacher, but experience in other year groups will be considered
Demonstrate an open- minded, non-judgemental approach
Be deeply committed to nurturing a strong sense of social justice
Recognise, value, and integrate diversity in all its forms across teaching and learning
