The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to lead one of the most ambitious high-rise developments in Manchester? This is your chance to take the reins on a landmark £100m project—30+ storeys high, delivering over 1000 beds with extensive communal areas.

Working with a forward-thinking, well-established main contractor known for their bold approach to regeneration and design-led construction, your input will be key in shaping this flagship scheme. You'll work with a great team, spearheading a fast-paced project and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of the project, from initial groundwork through to final fit-out and handover. Your experience will be essential in managing complex elements including deep drainage, attenuation, extensive M&E, fast-track pod installation, and façade packages like curtain walling and unitised systems.

You’ll lead the construction of RC frames, coordinate with utility companies on substation installations, and ensure civil works and S278 directives are delivered seamlessly. With your leadership, the team will thrive through effective planning, subcontractor management, and client liaison.
