About the Role:

Deliver tailored lessons to students with diverse SEN needs
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support student progress
Plan and adapt curriculum to meet individual needs
Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence
Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with students with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Learning Difficulties)
Passionate about inclusive education and student development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and resilience
