Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools

Are you confident, reliable, and looking to gain valuable classroom experience?
We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of vibrant and welcoming secondary school.

About the Role:

* Deliver pre-set lessons across different subjects in the absence of the class teacher.

* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils stay engaged in their learning.

* Support students with tasks and answer general questions.

* Develop strong relationships with staff and students across different schools.

* Ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, ex-police, sports coaches, and those considering a future in education.

What We’re Looking For:

* Confident and approachable individuals who can manage a classroom setting.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.

* Previous experience with young people (in education, sports, youth work or care settings) is desirable but not essential.

* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be adaptable.

* A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
