Are you a recent graduate with a passion for science or psychology? Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join a supportive school in Dorchester, working with students aged 11-16.

About the Role:

As a Learning Mentor, you will:

Support students in small groups and one-to-one sessions to boost their confidence and academic progress.
Help students overcome barriers to learning, both academic and emotional.
Work closely with teaching staff to identify students who would benefit from additional support.
Inspire and motivate students to engage with science and develop a love for learning.Ideal Candidate:

A degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or other relevant subject, including Psychology.
Passionate about education and supporting young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
