IM HIRING: Lead Frontend Developer (Remote, UK based) £85,000 +

? Lead Frontend Developer, with full stack knowledge and commercial experience;

I'm supporting a fintech scale up in hiring a Lead Frontend Developer to take ownership of their customer facing web application and frontend ecosystem. This is a hands on leadership role, where you will be responsive both both the coding and people management.

Role expectations:

?Own the modern frontend stack (currently React focused but open to confident knowledge with either React or Vue.js;
?Lead and mentor a squad of frontend developers;
?Maintain& evolve a shared component library/design system;
?Collaborate closely with Product & Design teams;
?Solid experience with LAMP Stack (commercial exposure to PHP, Laravel);
?Ensure seamless API integration with backend squads;
?Shape front end technical directions

? Your experience;

? 5 + years experience building web apps (React, Vue, Angular);
?Experience leading/mentoring frontend engineers;
?Experience building or stewarding component libraries;
?Deep understanding of frontend integration with APIs;
?Fluency in frontend tooling
