We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie to work on the patient meal service side of a healthcare kitchen in Oxford (OX3). You’ll prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for wards, working alongside another CDP in a calm, structured environment.

Shifts

Tuesday: 11am–7pm
Wednesday: 10am–7pm
Saturday: 10am–7pm
Sunday: 7am–3pm
Duties

Prepare patient meals (set menus & diets)
Complete food safety & temperature records
Maintain hygiene & compliance standards
Work closely with another CDP
Requirements

CDP experience (or strong Demi stepping up)
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Good food safety & allergen knowledge
Reliable and organised
