Salary: £44,605 – £47,656 per annum (PO2)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday

An exceptional secondary school in West London is seeking a Data and Examinations Manager to join their high-performing, forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and developing the school’s data systems and examinations processes, contributing directly to student success and the school’s ongoing commitment to excellence.
The Role
Reporting to the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will:

Lead on all aspects of data management, including assessment tracking, target setting, reporting and census returns.

Manage and develop the use of SIMS and other data systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful analysis for leadership and teaching staff.

Oversee the administration of internal and external examinations, ensuring full compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
*
Line-manage and train examination invigilators, and co-ordinate the exam calendar, entries, results, and post-results services.
*
Produce reports and analysis for senior leaders, governors, and external stakeholders.
*
Support strategic decision-making by providing timely, accurate and meaningful data insights.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and analytical individual with:

Extensive experience of using SIMS and other school data management systems.
*
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
*
Knowledge of examination regulations and previous experience managing exam processes.
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
*
The ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively in a busy environment.
*
A collaborative, professional and proactive approach.
A degree (or equivalent qualification) and experience in a school or education setting are desirable.
