Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to join their Children’s Services Department on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

* Arranging meetings, sending invites and taking accurate minutes

* Preparing and inputting into agendas and associated papers

* Updating electronic records with social care data

* Supporting with the recruitment process in the team including DBS checks and reference requests

* Maintaining accurate financial records

* Supporting Social Workers across Wirral with general admin work

Requirements:

* Previous experience of working in an Administrative role, ideally within Social Services or similar

* Knowledge of data protection and working with sensitive information

* Excellent IT and communication skills
