Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our clients reputable legal practice in the Whitley Bay area.

The successful candidate will specialise in advising individuals on matters such as estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and succession. Responsibilities

* Providing expert legal advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and succession matters

* Drafting and reviewing legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds

* Managing a diverse caseload efficiently whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

* Negotiating terms with clients and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through clear communication and personalised service

* Conducting legal research to stay abreast of changes in legislation affecting private client work

* Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

* Attending client meetings, court hearings, and other professional engagements as required

Experience

* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ experience specialising in private client law

* Proven track record in managing complex estate planning and trust matters

* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms for clients

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

* Demonstrable commitment to providing outstanding client service and maintaining professional integrity

* Experience working within a fast-paced environment whilst adhering to strict deadlines
