Role: Part Time Senior Lettings Advisor

Hours: 26 Hours over 4 consecutive days

Salary: £36,149 (hourly rate based on this salary)

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
Ensuring that empty properties are re-let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets.
Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new tenants can sustain their tenancies.
Maintaining & developing excellent relationship with local authorities in respect of Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements.
Ensuring that processes work effectively to deliver a high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Qualifications and experience:

Previous experience in the housing sector
Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
Ensuring that empty properties are let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets
