T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Higham Ferrers for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary on-going.

Warehouse Operative Job Details & Benefits;

* £15.41 per hour, overtime paid at £21.73

* 40 hours a week Monday to Friday

* Rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2-10pm

Warehouse Operative Job Details;

* Picking and handling outbound goods

* Packing goods after production

* Moving products via a FLT if have a licence, if not training could be given

* Preparation of raw materials, handling, pouring and weighing for the production department

* Logging information onto systems

Warehouse Operative Person Specification;

* Counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential

* Experience in food manufacture would be advantageous but not essential

* Happy to work in a food manufacturing environment wearing lab coats, hair/beard nets and no jewellery

* Self-motivated – ability to work alone and part of a team
