Aftersales Manager – Motor Trade – Epsom Area

£45,000–£50,000 Basic + £65k OTE | Monday–Friday Only | Company Car | No Weekends

About the Role

You’ll lead an experienced Aftersales team of 11, including:

* 5 Technicians

* 3 Service Advisors

Your focus will be on:

* Overseeing WIP and workshop flow

* Improving efficiency and output in the department

* Maintaining exceptional customer service standards

* Being actively involved in the day-to-day operation — not just sitting behind a desk

Importantly, you won’t be required to complete budgets or forecasts — this role is all about people leadership, operational control, and driving results where it matters.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has solid experience in a motor trade aftersales or service management role

* Leads by example and enjoys being present in the workshop

* Knows how to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team

* Understands workshop KPIs, WIP, and efficiency drivers

* Brings a positive, proactive approach with the confidence to make improvements
