JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting opportunity within our own business, as we continue to grow our specialist Precision Engineering recruitment division.

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at JRS Associates Ltd, supporting and developing a warm engineering desk covering CNC machining, aerospace, defence, automotive, and advanced manufacturing clients.

This role suits a recruiter who wants real earning potential, sensible hours, and a clear progression path within a respected, premium engineering recruitment brand.

The Successful Recruitment Consultant – Package:

£24,000 per annum basic salary

*

OTE £32,000 – £36,000 per annum (uncapped)

*

10% commission on all billings

*

Monday to Friday – 10:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours per week)

Warm desk with established engineering clients

*

Clear progression to Senior / Principal Consultant

*

The Successful Recruitment Consultant – Requirements:

*

2–3 years’ recruitment experience

*

Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle

*

Sales experience – desirable

*

Understanding of precision engineering environments – desirable (training provided)

*

Driven, self-motivated, and commercially minded
