Are you an experienced bricklayer ready to take the next step in your career? Our client are a respected and growing bespoke contractor and developer, known for delivering high-quality, tailored building projects — and are on the hunt for a skilled Working Supervisor to join their team.

As a hands-on supervisor, you’ll take the lead on-site, working closely with the bricklayers to ensure work is completed to high standards — on time and on budget. You’ll split your time between supervising the team, liaising with management, and getting stuck in when needed.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on bespoke residential and commercial builds

*

Maintain quality control, health & safety compliance, and project timelines

*

Act as a point of contact between site teams and management

*

Read and interpret drawings and plans

*

Assist with hands-on bricklaying tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

*

Proven background in bricklaying (NVQ or equivalent preferred)

*

Previous site supervisory experience (Foreman/Supervisor/Lead Bricklayer)

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage people, time, and materials effectively

*

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with pride in your craft

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)
