Michael Page are actively working with a long standing client who are looking for a new Payroll Supervisor to join their team in Leeds City Centre on a permanent basis. My client is open for either a progressive profile that is looking to take a step up from a Payroll Administrator role, or someone that has gained transferable Payroll Supervisor skills. Description

Manage the payroll team daily, providing guidance, support, and oversight
Lead the preparation and processing of weekly payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments
Lead and oversight of the Payroll system preparation for the following weeks payroll process.
Act as first point of contact for the payroll team to investigate and resolve any complex payroll discrepancies
Managing all statutory payroll fillings each week, including FPS, P45s, P7s and pension.
Responsible for tracking of holiday pay accrual and payment of holiday pay when requested. Profile

Have gained relevant experience in similar Payroll Administration, Payroll Supervisor or Payroll Manager position
Motivated character and keen to broaden skill set
Strong communication skills
Ability to take initiative
Experience across multiple payroll systemsJob Offer

Generous salary ranging from £34,000 - £38,000
Hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day at home)
37.5 hour working week
Flexible start and finish times
25 days annual leave + birthday off + bank holidays
