Job Description
Scheduling appointments for maintenance jobs and coordinating with engineers
Preparing service quotations and raising callouts as needed
Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the Service Office
