We are seeking a confident and friendly individual to join our team in delivering induction sessions for new starters on the exciting Balfour Beatty Vinci HS2 project.

 This is a flexible role, ideal for anyone looking for hours and days that can fit around other commitments. You will be on a zero-hour contract, allowing you to choose your availability to work.

 You don’t need previous experience – just good communication skills and the confidence to speak in front of a group. Full training will be provided.

 What You’ll Do:

Welcoming all inductees and ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to get the most from the induction presentation and process
Present key information about the project in a clear and engaging way
Keep the induction room tidy and set up for each session
Attending induction-related meetings where required and being prepared to offer suggestions as to how the presentation can be as engaging as possible for inductees, to provide a positive first impression and an enjoyable experience
Undertake appropriate training and be on ‘stand by’ as a potential support for the wider Induction Team, conducting Drug & Alcohol testing, paperwork or general duties as required
Be part of a team that gives a great first impression of the project 

Who We’re Looking For:

Friendly and confident speakers – no formal experience needed
Good with people and clear communicators
Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
Open to flexible, full- or part-time hours
