My Local Authority Client in the Hampshire is looking to source an experienced Town Planning Enforcement specialist to join their team on an initial 6-month interim contract.
 
My client needs someone with experience in serving notices and writing the reports for these, and also to have the ability to undertake the appeals if they arise.
 
It's crucial that applicants can hit the ground running and are good at reviewing complicated sites.
 
The requirement is to ideally attend the office twice a week, but my client can offer some flexibility on this if needed.
 
There is also a requirement that applicants will have their own car for site visits.
