This role does require a mix of sales skills, industry knowledge, and people-oriented qualities.
Candidate MUST have Sales experience within the recruitment industry this ensures the candidate can successfully build relationships, generate new business, and meet targets. A strong recruitment consultant will be skilled in negotiation, client management, and strategic sales approaches—all while matching candidates to the right opportunities.
Working Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
As part of a Recruitment consultants Job description you would be part of an on-call rotation, covering one in every three weeks.
