Job Summary:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to support the
commercial operations of the business. This role plays a vital part in maintaining financial
efficiency, contract administration, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth
commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Commercial Support: Assist in managing budgets, invoices, andpayments while tracking financial data.
Contract Administration: Support the review, processing, and maintenance ofcommercial contracts.
Procurement & Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timelydelivery of materials and services.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on financial performance andcommercial activities.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure company adherence to regulatoryrequirements and commercial best practices.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, clients, and externalpartners to facilitate commercial transactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong administrative and financial management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial databases.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience in a similar commercial administration role, preferably withinconstruction or installation industries.
