Marble Talent Group is recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing mechanical contractor, seeking a strategic, driven, and proactive individual to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing projects—from planning and execution through to completion and documentation. You’ll ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, effective communication, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and upkeep of management systems, including QHSE procedures

*

Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and submit Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans

*

Manage project schedules and uphold consistent client communication

*

Monitor performance and report progress to senior management

*

Maintain regulatory and internal policy compliance across all project stages

*

Brief site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality execution

*

Support and plan site surveys and commercial installations

*

Coordinate with contractors and teams to guarantee smooth delivery

*

Accurately complete project documentation and records

*

Promote a collaborative, safe, and compliant working environment

Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering successful project outcomes

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Solid grasp of health and safety regulations and best practices

*

Strong time management and stakeholder coordination skills

Essential Requirements

*

Experience in project management within HVAC, mechanical or plumbing sectors

*

Full UK Driving Licence (clean, no DR endorsements)

*

Basic DBS check

*

SMSTS certification

*

Proficiency with project documentation and computer systems
