You’ll support the global workforce by providing 1st and 2nd line IT support, managing Windows and Linux systems, handling networking issues, and contributing to key IT projects.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing IT support via phone and remote tools

*

Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Server 2016+, and networking issues

*

Supporting hardware deployment and patch management

*

Assisting with Linux systems and internal projects

What you’ll bring:

*

2+ years' IT support experience

*

Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Server, networking, Microsoft 365

*

Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support, and Apple devices

*

Linux experience highly desirable
