We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our growing client in the Stoke on Trent area. Whether you're looking for full-time ongoing work or flexible shifts, we have opportunities to suit your schedule!

You will be responsible for the safe delivery of goods across the UK, with various roles including trunking, store deliveries, and general haulage, depending on the client.

Key Responsibilities

* Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles to deliver goods safely and on time

* Completing vehicle checks and ensuring vehicle safety at all times

* Ensuring accurate completion of delivery paperwork and records

* Adhering to all road transport laws, tachograph regulations, and working time directive

* Representing the client and agency in a professional manner

Requirements

* Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence

* Valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph Card

* Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience (preferred but not always essential)

* No more than 6 points on licence – no DR, DD, IN endorsements

* Good knowledge of UK road networks

* A positive attitude, good communication, and a professional manner
