We’re hiring experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy Tray Wash site near Coalville. This is a fast-paced role suited for someone with strong attention to detail and a valid forklift license.

What you’ll do:

* Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently

* Load/unload deliveries and transport goods around the warehouse

* Complete routine equipment checks

* Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping

* Ensure documentation and processes are followed accurately

What you’ll need:

* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

* Understanding of health & safety and forklift safety procedures

* Good level of physical fitness and attention to detail

* Ability to attend an on-site assessment day (theory + practical)
