Are you passionate about print and design? Do you have a flair for producing high-quality materials under tight deadlines? If so, we want YOU to join our dynamic team in Newham, just a quick 2-minute walk from Star Lane train station!

Your Role:

As a Reprographics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring that all print materials meet our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating specialist reprographics print and finishing equipment, including:
- Wire and comb binding
- Drilling machines
- Guillotines

Managing Canon Printers (V800, C850), large format printers, and Xerox machines
Understanding and implementing specialist print and finishing requirements, including print set-ups
Multitasking and managing multiple job requests while adhering to tight deadlines
Collaborating with team members to ensure the highest quality of work
Maintaining document and record management systems in line with retention policiesWhat You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
A solid understanding of reprographics processes and equipment
Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
A keen eye for detail to ensure quality in all printed materials
