Provide Education is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Leeds starting in January 2026. We are looking for individuals who are patient, nurturing, and committed to helping all pupils reach their full potential.

Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing behaviour
Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils with personal care (if required, training provided)We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN or educational setting
A calm, patient and resilient nature
A strong understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support strategies
Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are desirable but not essential
