Commercial Manager – Construction

We have a great opportunity for a seasoned construction commercial Manager to join an independent private healthcare developer working on national project, with a solid pipeline of work for 2026/27 circa 150 million.

Key responsibilities:

* Monitor and report on project budgets, cashflow, and overall financial performance to senior leadership.

* Lead credit control processes, ensuring timely client payments and managing outstanding balances

* Support project teams with cost analysis, risk management, and commercial decision-making

* Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation to support financial and contractual compliance

* Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to safeguard commercial interests

Requirements

* Proven experience as a construction commercial manager

* Experience in healthcare construction advantageous

* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills

* Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
