Boden Group are hiring on behalf of our client for a looking for a proactive, detail-driven H&S professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, ensuring event operations, contractor management, and major building infrastructure meet the highest safety standards.

Your Impact...

* Event Safety & Compliance – Oversee CDM-compliant events, conduct RAMS spot checks, and ensure safe build processes.

* H&S Strategy & Training – Drive policy development, lead staff training, and maintain compliance records.

* Site Inspections & Risk Management – Conduct daily walkarounds to assess fire exits, event spaces, and contractor activities.

* Incident Management & Emergency Planning – Take charge of fire safety, legionella control, and business continuity strategies.

* Permit Control & Contractor Audits – Manage high-risk work permits (confined spaces, electrical work, working at height) and oversee contractor safety standards.

* Regulatory Updates & Best Practices – Stay ahead of legislation, ensuring compliance across all operations.

What You’ll Bring...

* Proven H&S expertise within events, hospitality, or facilities management.

* Strong grasp of CDM regulations and risk assessment best practices.

* IOSH membership (or equivalent) preferred.

* A proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving and compliance.
