We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Electronics Test & Repair Engineer to support our client on a short-term basis. This is a hands-on role combining PCB testing and fault diagnosis, with an initial duration of 3 weeks, which may be extended depending on project needs.
You'll be joining a small, friendly, and relaxed team environment, working across both production test and engineering-level fault investigation.
Responsibilities:
* Test PCB assemblies (PCBAs) using PC-based and bespoke test equipment
* Follow documented procedures to validate board performance
* Accurately document test results and maintain records
* Investigate and repair failed PCBAs using:
- Visual inspection
- Test data analysis
- General lab equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope)
* Apply electronic knowledge to identify faults without guided checklists or scripts
Requirements:
* Proven experience in electronic testing and fault-finding (especially PCBAs)
* Strong understanding of electronic circuits and schematics
* Confident working independently after initial training
* Good attention to detail and documentation habits
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, problem-solving work in electronics and wants to contribute in a meaningful way to both testing and repair functions
