With over 15 years of experience, Medical Staffing is a leading medical service provider operating across the UK. We are currently seeking a compassionate Mental Health Practitioner with primary care experience to work ad-hoc or long term shifts, in and around the Birmigham area.

The duties of the role may vary from time to time depending on current and evolving workloads and staffing levels:

* Monitor and document patient behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment.

* Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients.

* Facilitate group therapy sessions under the guidance of licensed professionals.

* Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

* Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.

* Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Key requirements:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with patients

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to follow care plans and treatment protocols

* Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team setting

* Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation purposes
