Location: Norwich (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Salary: £40,000 – £46,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity

We’re supporting a growing ecommerce business in Norwich that is continuing to invest heavily in its digital platform and internal engineering capability.

You’ll join a collaborative team of 10 developers within the ecommerce function — a genuinely supportive environment where knowledge-sharing, mentoring and continuous improvement are part of the culture. The Role

This is a hands-on full stack position working across backend services, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure within a modern Azure-based environment.

You’ll be:

Developing backend services using C# / .NET

*

Building and enhancing frontend applications in React

*

Working within a Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem

*

Writing clean, maintainable CSS for responsive UI

*

Collaborating with product and design teams to deliver customer-facing features

*

Participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

*

Contributing to scalable ecommerce solutions that directly impact revenue

You’ll have autonomy over features, but always within a supportive, team-driven structure.

What We’re Looking For

Commercial experience in C# / .NET

Experience building frontends with React

*

Exposure to Azure (or strong cloud fundamentals)

Solid understanding of full-stack development principles

*

A collaborative mindset and desire to keep improving
