Senior Civil Engineer

£45,000 – £55,000

I’m working on behalf of a successful and rapidly growing civil engineering practice, who are looking to appoint an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team.

This role is open to candidates based in Bridgend, Cardiff or Bristol, with a flexible hybrid working model (typically 2–3 days per week in the office).

If you’re an engineer with 3+ years’ experience who enjoys varied development-led projects, real responsibility, and a grown-up approach to flexible working, this is a genuinely strong opportunity.

The Role

Civil engineering design across residential and commercial developments
Involvement from planning stage through detailed design and delivery
Working closely with Principal engineers and external stakeholders
Opportunity to take ownership of projects and progress technically What They’re Looking For

3+ years’ UK civil engineering experience
Background in infrastructure / drainage design for developments
Experience in highways design
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience advantageous)
Comfortable working collaboratively and managing your own workloadWhat’s on Offer

£45,000 – £55,000 salary (depending on experience)
Hybrid working – 2–3 days in the office, rest from home
Choice of office base: Bridgend, Cardiff or Bristol
