Working with an existing set of loyal accounts, this Account Manager position is perfectly suited to a candidate who enjoys getting on the phone, building rapport, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, with the goal of maximising account profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and long-term loyalty
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and confidently close sales over the phone
* Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
* Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets, actively managing a robust pipeline to meet and exceed KPIs
* Collaborate with internal teams, referring qualified leads to relevant departments to ensure the best outcome for the customer and the business
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM, logging all sales activity and ensuring customer data is current and complete
Account Manager Skills and Experience:
* Previous sales or account management experience, ideally gained in a B2B environment
* Confident on the phone, articulate and able to build rapport with ease
* Enjoys identifying opportunities and developing leads
* Commercially aware, with a good understanding of business needs and how to solve them
* Motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed expectations
