Are you an experienced Legal Cashier looking to join a respected and established practice?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and professional environment where your skills and knowledge will be highly valued. The successful candidate will ensure all financial transactions are processed in accordance with SRA Accounts Rules, Money Laundering Regulations, and internal compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately recording and processing financial transactions across client and office accounts
Performing daily and regular bank reconciliations
Managing payments including electronic transfers, petty cash, and disbursements
Administering deposit accounts and calculating client interest as required
Assisting with transfers between accounts and maintaining up-to-date records
Supporting compliance and internal audits through accurate data handling and adherence to procedures
Providing guidance to team members on finance protocols and SRA regulationsIdeal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience as a Legal Cashier within a legal or professional services environment
Strong working knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules and best practice in legal finance
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload with accuracy
Confidence using legal finance software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
