Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple engineering projects. You’ll work closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and technical standards are consistently met. The position combines technical understanding with customer engagement and day-to-day project leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing projects from contract award through to completion and handover

Coordinating project documentation, schedules, and resources

Acting as the main contact for customer and supplier communication

Identifying and managing risks and opportunities throughout each project

Driving progress through regular reporting and project reviews

Supporting continuous improvement across processes and delivery

About You

You’ll bring solid Project Management experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment and a strong mechanical understanding. Formal engineering qualifications and certifications such as PRINCE2 or APM would be advantageous. You’re highly organised, customer-focused, and confident working across multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, a full UK driving licence, and eligibility for SC Clearance are essential.

Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00)
