* A brand new role reporting into the Head of HR
* Responsible for day to day recruitment across the business
* Working closely with key stakeholders
* Managing graduate program
* Working on employee development and career pathways
* Reviewing and implementing recruitment processes and procedures
* Delivering Recruitment/talent workshops
* Developing and implementing EVP

Profile

Can be site based in Castleford
Currently works in a stand alone role responsible for Recruitment and Talent Development
Stockholder management to establish and plan for recruitment requirements and talent gaps
Full recruitment process from brief, advising and managing process, advert, CV sifting, interview, offer and on boarding.
Building Talent pools
Apprenticeships/Graduate
Review and develop recruitment processes ensuring efficiency and candidate experience is considered

Job Offer

Salary £40-50k

Site based in Castleford with travel as and when required
