Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a reputable, award winning, professional organisation, who are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join their Shirley Head Office, this role will be based on site. Please only apply if you are happy to be office based five days a week.

Duties and tasks will include:

Responsible for managing the delivery of all marketing activity
Execute events, marketing communications and our online presence across various digital platforms and social media including pay per click
Challenge traditional marketing techniques and embrace technology
Creating a budget and monitoring process to track monthly spend, highlighting potential under/overspend
Data collation, reporting and analytics, providing insight where appropriate

Website ManagementCandidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field would be preferred
Experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal or a professional services background
A proven track record of delivering, or supporting the delivery of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives
Experience of organising events
Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation with a track record of providing excellent client serviceHours of work are: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Thursday, Fridays 9:00am to 5:00pm 1 hour for lunch
