We are recruiting for reliable General Operatives to join our busy manufacturing company specialising in premade concrete walls and products.

The ideal candidate will work effectively within our production team to ensure high-quality concrete products are manufactured to company standards.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 6:00-18:00, however the company is flexible and 8 hour shifts are also available. 

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production of premade concrete walls and related products
Install reinforced steel within casts before concrete pouring
Add, amend, and alter rebar sizes as required by specifications
Paint concrete products to company standards when required
Load and unload materials
Assist within other areas of the production facility as needed
Maintain a clean and tidy workstation
Support other production team members as needed
Requirements

Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow health and safety protocols
Reliable transportation and good attendance record
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in all weather conditions, as work areas may be in open environments
