We've got an exciting new role for a Shift Maintenance Engineer who is looking to learn and develop within a market leader in building services maintenance. We are looking for someone with a hard working attitude who is looking to make the most of their career. 

The Maintenance Engineer will be covering a commercial contract by King's Cross, London undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance on site. Working on a Continental Shift, Days and Nights, the successful engineer will be part of an 18 person maintenance team, working on a shift team of 3.

Duties:

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
Legionella awareness
AHUs / FCUs
Plant room checks
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
General maintenance duties

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance 
Polite and personable 
Client facing attitude 
Hard working
Willing to learn and progress
Salary and Benefits:

£40,000 - £42,000 per annum 
Continental shift pattern (Days and Nights)
20 days holiday entitlement
