Store Manager
Location: Seaham, Durham
Contract: Fixed-Term (until February 2026 – potential to be extend further)
Hours: Full-time, including weekends
Salary: £32,395.50 per annum

Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the store, including administration and banking
Lead and motivate the team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complex queries with professionalism
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Ensure all visual merchandising and product presentation meets brand guidelines
Liaise regularly with HR, senior leadership, and other departments What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a retail environment (essential)
Strong knowledge or experience within luxury or premium retail (preferred)
Proven ability to lead a team to success through KPIs and sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong sense of style, service, and attention to detail.
