£55,000 – £60,000 + Travel + Private Healthcare + Pension | Projects across London & South East
We’re working with a well-regarded, quality-driven M&E contractor that specialises in delivering carefully engineered mechanical packages on commercial and specialist fit out schemes. With a strong pipeline of negotiated Design & Build projects, they’re looking to bring in a Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day installation on site and support project delivery to a high standard.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in well-run sites and wants to be part of a company that values its people, avoids Tier 1 politics, and maintains long-term relationships with clients and the supply chain.
Role Overview:

Supervise on-site mechanical works, ensuring compliance with quality, programme, and H&S standards
Manage labour, subcontractors, and materials on a daily basis
Support the Project Manager and design team during installation and commissioning
Maintain accurate site records and report progress and issues
Be a key point of contact for operatives and coordinate effectively with wider project stakeholders What You’ll Bring:

Experience supervising mechanical services installation on commercial or specialist fit out projects
Ability to manage teams on fast-paced D&B schemes
Strong focus on quality, safety, and clear communication
Practical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work collaboratively with office and site teams Package & Benefits:

£55,000 – £60,000 salary (depending on experience)
