The role

Their Building Surveying team is looking for an experienced "Managing Building Surveyor" to join their Exeter team. The role combines a mixture of hands on work as well as the opportunity to support the regional manager, overseeing a team of plucky graduates and trainees. 

If you've got recent management experience or are ready to take your first step into management, this could be the role for you.  

The right candidate

We are looking for applicants with the following skills and experience 

Degree in Building Surveying 
Chartered status or working towards Chartered status
Experience working as a "Managing Building Surveyor"" for a Construction or Property Consultancy 
Stable work history 
Recent Management experience or a desire to move into a management role  What's in it for me?
