Dynamite Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading national provider of fire and security solutions, trusted by thousands of businesses across the country.
They are looking to expand their team with the onboarding of an organised and highly communicative Verification Coordinator who will be responsible for the Verification of all sprinkler service documentation.
Assisting with audits when required and work with inter departments to ensure all documentation is verified within given timelines.
Daily Responsibilities
Manage inbox in a timely manner giving all stakeholders a high level of service.
Ensure all sprinkler related services have a verification check, and are escalated where necessary.
Process all documentation to Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV).
Undertake and complete the necessary relevant checks of the documentation.
Notify customer of any issues/actions within 7 days for non-compliances.
Carry out compliance checks of sprinkler services.
To raise the verification enquiries with the Technical Design Manager/Head of Mechanical to allocate to a Project Manager.
Manage the sprinkler verification jet reports.
Provide Technical Design Manager a weekly report on verifications.
Chase and report any technicians that have not sent in report sheets.
Liaise with Finance for any deductions of ESS required at the end of each month for report sheets not received from technicians.
To assist with audits when required.
Experience required:
Experience in verifying Fire Life Safety Systems
Understanding of types of standards such as LPCB, NFPA codes of practice and FM Global
