Role: Property Litigation (NQ+)
Location: West Midlands

We're looking for a talented and motivated lawyer from NQ upwards to join our clients specialist Property Litigation team. The team works with a diverse range of clients-including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and property owners-providing strategic advice on how to avoid, manage, and resolve complex real estate disputes.

The Role

As part of this team, your work will cover a wide spectrum of real estate matters, including:
Landlord and Tenant Disputes:
Commercial lease renewals and rent reviews
Lease breaches, assignments, subletting, and unlawful alterations or uses
Possession recovery of both commercial and residential properties
Effective exercise of lease break clauses
Mixed-use schemes and statutory rights of pre-emptionWider Disputes:

Adverse possession and boundary disputes
Rights of light, restrictive covenants, and nuisance claims
Land acquisition and sale disputes, including development agreements
Trespasser removal and strategic site clearanceAbout You

Either an NQ or above with experience in Commercial Litigation or ideally property litigation.
Are strong team players with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solvin
Are ambitious, highly organised, and detail-oriented
