Are you a proactive, experienced, and dedicated Site Manager looking for a new challenge in Birmingham? Tradewind Birmingham are seeking an exceptional Site Manager to take pride in our client school site, ensuring it is safe, secure, and well-maintained for our students, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

Health and Safety: Maintain and monitor all health and safety requirements, including fire safety checks, compliance, and risk assessments, to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Facilities Management: Oversee all reactive and planned maintenance, conduct minor repairs, and manage external contractors effectively.
Site Security: Act as a key holder and be responsible for the overall security of the school buildings and grounds, including responding to alarms or emergencies.
Team Leadership: Supervise, manage, and motivate the site and cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and effective operation.
Strategic Planning: Work with the senior leadership team on site development projects and manage budgets for maintenance and supplies.About you
We are looking for a confident and capable individual who possesses:

Significant experience in a facilities or site management role, preferably within an educational environment.
A proven track record of managing maintenance, security, and cleaning services to high standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation and relevant compliance procedures.
A positive, approachable attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, pupils, and parents.
