Job Description:

CS Construction Staffing are currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger/Groundworker with a 360 ticket (up to or over 10 tonnes) to work with a prestigious private house builder delivering high-spec homes across the Central Belt.

You will be working with an award-winning independent developer, known for delivering luxury villas with exceptional detail and quality. Their latest project is a bespoke development of only seven detached homes in the desirable village of Lenzie, featuring stunning modern design, high-end interiors, and a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Groundworker or Ganger in residential settings
Valid 360 excavator ticket (under or over 10t accepted)
A strong work ethic and willingness to travel across Central Scotland
Someone who takes pride in their work and values quality workmanship
Ability to manage small teams or take the lead when required
