TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy to appoint Damp and Mould Surveyors to support a large residential programme.

Key Details:

• Survey locations: In and around Newham
• Over 1,000 residential properties to be surveyed
• Outside IR35 – paid per survey (rate TBC)
• Surveys carried out via tablet using asset management software
• Expected start date: within the next 3–4 weeks
• Surveyors must have their own damp and mould inspection equipment
• Weekend on-call and ad-hoc work
