SENIOR SITE MANAGER – REPUTABLE MAIN CONTRACTOR – £70K DOE

Future Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for 2 Senior Site Managers / Project Managers to work on a very well-established Main Contractor based in Norfolk.

Our client operates across multiple sectors including education, health, decarbonisation, hotels, retail and leisure, residential, refurbishments and fit out. With a lot of work in the pipeline, through establishing good relationships with existing and new clients, they are now looking to grow their team.

As a Senior Site Manager you will be joining a growing, work driven Main Contractor adopting the following responsibilities:

* Control the progression of the works by organising trades in accordance with the programme.

* Develop short term programmes, considering risk management issues, ideally using ASTA software.

* Understand and work within budgets.

* Control site costs through the careful review of supply-chain variation requests.

* Organise and control direct labour and sub-contractors in a timely and efficient manner.

* Follow drawings and specifications for the works and maintain good quality records of the works, ensuring that excellent quality/good craftsmanship is maintained.

* Good knowledge of current Health & Safety law and practices.

* Working to the site Health and Safety Plan and manage all onsite Health & Safety aspects.

What they are offering you:

* A salary of £60,000 - £70,000 (dependant on experience)

* A package including a £5k Car Allowance, Bonus scheme and a generous travel allowance
